Refund policy
We do not accept returns of products whose pouches have already been opened. However, we do accept unopened pouches and refund the purchase price minus the cost of the opened pouches.
Product exchanges (if unopened) are possible, but the cost of return and shipping is at your own expense.
Is your order damaged in transit or did you receive the wrong order from Chick & Go? If so, please contact our customer service immediately at info@chickandgo.nl.
We will send you a replacement product or offer an equivalent credit for use on chickandgo.co.uk. If you suspect there is a quality issue with your Chick & Go, please note the code and "best before" date printed on the back of the package. This will allow us to track the specific batch you received. Such requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
