Cancellation policy

Some items in our store may be offered as a subscription, pre-order or as try before you buy . This cancellation policy explains how to change or cancel these purchases.


Abonnementen

When you purchase a subscription, you will receive repeated deliveries. These are based on your chosen subscription duration and frequency.
Your payment information is securely stored and you will be billed for each delivery, unless you choose to pay in advance.
Some subscriptions automatically renew at the end of the term. Don't want to renew the subscription? Then you can cancel it at any time.

Change or cancel your subscription:
You can change or cancel your subscription at any time. You will find links to your order in your order confirmation emails. From there you can easily manage your subscription.

Pre-orders

When you place a pre-order, you are purchasing a product that is currently out of stock or will be available soon. At checkout, we may save no payment, a partial deposit or your payment method and later charge you the full or remaining amount once the order ships.

Canceling a pre-order:

  • You can cancel a partially paid pre-order while it has not yet shipped.
  • Is the order already shipped? Then you can no longer cancel it, but you can request a full or partial refund.

Try before you buy (Try before you buy)

When you order a try before you buyitem, we authorize your payment method before we ship the order.
You are given a certain period of time to decide if you want to keep the item. Once this period has passed and you have not returned the item, we will charge the full amount through your payment method.
